Cooperation

Tell us what kind of place you run —
we will match the rest

A kebab shop takes different things from a food truck, and a chain different things from a bar. Below is what we actually deliver to places like yours — and the four steps from the first call to a fixed route.

  • A direct number to your area rep — no call centre, no ticket system.
  • A quote for your own product list within 1 working day, not a general price list.
  • A fixed route day, so you know your ordering deadline.
  • One delivery and one invoice for everything — from meat to cleaning supplies.
  • Minimum order PLN 750 net in Kraków and the surrounding area.
  • The option to collect from the warehouse at Christo Botewa 4A.

The four profiles we serve most often

Not yours? Call us — we will match it to your kitchen

Kebab shop

One or several spits a day
  • HALAL beef-and-chicken spits: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 kg — sized to your machine
  • Sauces in 5 and 10 kg pails and in 950 g bottles
  • Bread: pita, buns, 25–30 cm tortillas
  • Takeaway Packaging, napkins, gloves
  • Parts for the machine and the knife — so a breakdown does not stop your sales

Usually one delivery a week, on your town’s route day.

Food truck

Little space, frequent top-ups
  • Smaller pack sizes and smaller batches — no need for a half-pallet freezer
  • French fries and frozen food in 2,5 kg packs
  • Takeaway Packaging, cups, cutlery, paper bags
  • Cleaning and hygiene in one-season sizes
  • Sauces in sachets and bottles instead of pails

More frequent, smaller deliveries — we set the rhythm around your week.

Pizzeria and bar

Mixed kitchen, many categories
  • Cheese and dairy: mozzarella, melting cheese, cream
  • Frozen food, french fries, fried snacks
  • Oils and frying fat in jerry cans and pails
  • Base Sauces, tomato pastes, spices in 1 kg
  • Pizza boxes, paper, takeaway packaging

One delivery instead of four from four suppliers.

Chain, shop, wholesaler

Consistency and volume
  • The same specification in every outlet of the chain
  • One rep for the whole chain, one point of contact
  • Full pallets of selected brands for resale
  • Deferred payment terms after a trial period
  • Goods imported directly — without a middleman’s margin

Terms and schedule are agreed individually at chain level.

Four steps to your first delivery

See the route schedule
STEP 1

The call

You call or write. The rep asks what kind of place you run, how big it is and what you buy today.

STEP 2

The quote

You get a price list for your own items — not a general one, but for what you actually order. Within 1 working day.

STEP 3

First delivery

We agree your route day and your first order. The minimum is PLN 750 net.

STEP 4

A fixed route

You take a fixed slot on the route. Order by 16:00 and the goods are there the next morning.

Questions people ask at the start

If something is not here, call us — we answer straight away, Mon–Fri 7:00–15:00 and Saturdays 7:00–14:00.

Do I need a registered business to order from you?

Yes. We sell B2B only, on a VAT invoice to businesses — food outlets, shops and wholesalers.

How long does it take to get started?

Usually two to three working days from the first call to the first delivery. We quote your product list within 1 working day.

Can I place a trial order before I decide?

Yes, and we usually suggest it. We build the first order around what you buy elsewhere today, so you can compare goods and price without changing your whole supply at once.

Do you deliver off the fixed routes?

Some routes go further than the schedule shows — we serve Lublin as needed and we also drive to Slovakia and Czechia. Call and ask about your location.

What are the payment terms?

The first deliveries are prepaid or paid in cash on delivery. Once we work together regularly we agree deferred payment — individually, with your rep.

How a place gets supplied

Two ways, one kitchen — do the maths

Most kebab shops buy from four or five suppliers: meat from one, packaging from another, cleaning supplies from a supermarket. Below is the same order done both ways.

Usually
