Who is the data controller

The controller of the data you give in the contact form and in email and phone correspondence is Foodsan Sp. z o.o., Christo Botewa 4A, 30-798 Kraków. Data enquiries: biuro@foodsan.pl, tel. 519 560 200.

What data we collect and why

We collect only the data you give us yourself when you get in touch: your business name, town, phone number, email address and the text of your enquiry. We use it for one thing — to prepare a quote and agree delivery terms. We do not build marketing profiles from it and we do not send a newsletter you have not signed up for.

How long we keep them

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 12 months. Customer data we keep for as long as we work together and for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share them with

The data goes only to our own staff and reps and to the service providers we use to run the company — mail and website hosting and our accountants. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to have it transferred. Just write to biuro@foodsan.pl. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. If we add visit statistics in future, we will ask for consent and update this page.

Contact form

The form on this site sends nothing to our server — clicking “Send” opens your own mail program with the message ready, and you send it yourself. Until you do, nothing reaches us.
