Fresh vegetables for doner fillings and salads, in catering pack sizes. Tomatoes 5 kg, fresh cucumber 5 kg, iceberg lettuce by the head, white and red cabbage in 20 kg sacks, Chinese cabbage by the kilo, red onion 5 kg and yellow 10 kg, peeled white and yellow onion 5 kg, carrots 10 kg, mixed-colour peppers 5 kg, garlic in bulbs and peeled, parsley and dill in bunches, and lemons 1 kg.
Why a separate category rather than lumping it in with preserves: fresh vegetables are ordered on a different rhythm. Tomato paste or olives sit in the store for weeks, while cabbage and lettuce only make sense if they arrive on the route day. That is why fresh items have their own list — it is easier to build a standing weekly order from it. Peeled onion is for kitchens short of hands: it saves half an hour of work a day and leaves no waste. Availability depends on the season and the market — if something is out, the rep will tell you straight away when you order.
We quote individually — a rep prepares a quote for your place within one working day. An order placed by 16:00 goes out on your town’s next route day. The minimum order in Kraków and the surrounding area is PLN 750 net.
