Spices for doner and gyros — packaging 500 g and 1 kg
Spices in catering packs of 500 g and 1 kg, mostly under our own Foodsan brand. Ready blends for specific uses: chicken seasoning, chicken gyros, chip seasoning and red çubrica. And Turkish Spices an ordinary wholesaler does not carry: sumac 1 kg, isot chilli 800 g, mild and hot pul biber 800 g and sesame seeds 500 g.
The kitchen classics: basil, oregano, marjoram, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry, cinnamon, ginger, sweet and hot paprika, ground black and white pepper, granulated garlic, fried onion, dried dill, dried mint, dried parsley and spring herb mix. Plus the basics you have to order anyway: Wieliczka iodised salt 1 kg, sugar 1 kg, citric acid 500 g, lemon concentrate 1 l and spirit vinegar 500 ml.
We quote individually — a rep prepares a quote for your place within one working day. An order placed by 16:00 goes out on your town’s next route day. The minimum order in Kraków and the surrounding area is PLN 750 net.

What is the minimum order?
In Kraków and the surrounding area the minimum order is PLN 750 net. You can mix products from different categories — they travel in one delivery, on one invoice. Outside Kraków the terms are set by your area rep, depending on the route day.
How is pul biber different from ordinary chilli?
Pul biber is coarser and slightly oily, so its heat is milder and fruitier than powdered chilli. The mild version you use like sweet paprika, the hot one more carefully. Isot is a third thing altogether — smoked, almost black, for lahmacun and adana.
Are the spices own brand?
Yes, almost the whole category is our own Foodsan brand in catering packs of 500 g and 1 kg. We pack them ourselves, so the price carries no middleman’s margin and the recipe and pack size stay the same from delivery to delivery.
