Seasoning blends for doner and gyros

Ready blends that save time and keep the taste the same from shift to shift. Chicken seasoning and chicken gyros go into the marinade before the spit is loaded, red çubrica and the spring herb mix at the finish, chip seasoning is sprinkled straight out of the fat. Cumin and sumac sit here because in this kitchen they almost always work in a blend rather than alone — sumac on the onion for doner, cumin in minced meat. All in 500 g and 1 kg packs under our own Foodsan brand.
