Condiments for doner — pastes, olives, preserved peppers, pickles

Everything that goes into a dish beside the meat, the bread and the sauce. Pastes and purées: Tamek tomato paste in four sizes from 370 g to 4250 g, sweet and hot pepper paste Tamek / Öncü, mild ajvar Podravka 4 kg, pizza sauce Xavi 4 kg, tahini Eris and pomegranate molasses Öncü. Preserved vegetables: hot and mild white peppers Yurttan 3 kg, hot preserved chillies, red peppers in strips GoodFood, grilled aubergine Öncü, dried stuffed peppers, sweetcorn Tamek 200 and 400 g.

Olives, pickles and salads: XL black olives with stones Öncü, sliced black and green olives Jacob Food in 3 kg pails, grilled olives and olives with marinated peppers Melek, pickled cucumbers 6 kg, preserved cucumbers 3 kg, jalapeños 3 kg, Swedish salad Urbanek and vegetable salad Melek. Plus the things we keep here rather than among the spices, because they do not season a dish but go into the recipe: iodised salt, sugar, spirit vinegar, citric acid and lemon concentrate. Separately we keep fresh produce and dry goods — they are ordered on a different rhythm.

We quote individually — a rep prepares a quote for your place within one working day. An order placed by 16:00 goes out on your town’s next route day. The minimum order in Kraków and the surrounding area is PLN 750 net.
