This category holds chicken, beef and mixed doner spits in 50/50 and 70/30 ratios, minced doner, craft doner from whole slices and sliced roasted meat ready to serve. You match the spit size to your machine — from 10 to 40 kg. Plus Adana Kebab and Akçaabat Köfte in 540 and 700 g packs.
We work with Melek and with our own Foodsan recipes — Anka, Extra, Zafran with lamb, Jasmin, Safir and Ankara Yaprak. On your first order we help you pick the size for your daily turnover: a 10 kg spit behaves differently from a 30 kg one and sells down differently. The meat travels frozen with the rest of the order — fries, sauces, tortillas and packaging — so you get one delivery and one invoice.
We quote individually — a rep prepares a quote for your place within one working day. An order placed by 16:00 goes out on your town’s next route day. The minimum order in Kraków and the surrounding area is PLN 750 net.

What is the minimum order?
In Kraków and the surrounding area the minimum order is PLN 750 net. You can mix products from different categories — they travel in one delivery, on one invoice. Outside Kraków the terms are set by your area rep, depending on the route day.
Which spit size should I choose for my place?
You pick the spit for your daily turnover and the size of your machine, not for the price per kilo. At 30–50 doners a day a 10–15 kg spit works, at 80–120 it is 20–30 kg, and 40 kg is for places where the machine never cools down through the shift. Too big a spit dries out at the edge before it sells down — which is why a smaller one, changed more often, usually gives a better result than one big one.
Is the meat HALAL certified?
Yes, all the doner meat we sell is HALAL certified. That covers chicken, beef and mixed spits as well as sliced roasted meat and craft doner from whole slices. We provide the certificates with the invoice on request.
