The backbone of Turkish and Middle Eastern cooking in wholesale packs. Kapka flour 25 kg in types 500 and 550 — for lahmacun, pide and bake dough. Parboiled rice Orfamak 5 kg, which does not clump when reheated, and basmati rice Melek in 900 g and 4,5 kg bags. Duru bulgur in four grades: coarse 10 kg and 1 kg, fine for kısır and wholegrain brown. Plus red lentils 1 kg for mercimek çorbası, chickpeas Orfamak 5 kg and orzo pasta Eipro 500 g.
Fine and coarse bulgur are two different products and do not substitute for each other: fine goes into kısır and köfte, coarse is served as a side instead of rice. On a first order it is worth taking both and seeing which sells better. Dry goods keep for a long time and need no chiller, so they are ordered less often and in bigger batches — best added to a delivery that is already bringing meat or packaging.
We quote individually — a rep prepares a quote for your place within one working day. An order placed by 16:00 goes out on your town’s next route day. The minimum order in Kraków and the surrounding area is PLN 750 net.

In Kraków and the surrounding area the minimum order is PLN 750 net. You can mix products from different categories — they travel in one delivery, on one invoice. Outside Kraków the terms are set by your area rep, depending on the route day.
