How it works

From order to delivery, step by step.

You order by 16:00 (or up to 3:00 at night in the B2B panel) and the goods go out on your fixed delivery day. Here is how it works, step by step.

STEP 01

Place your order

WhatsApp or a phone call by 16:00 the day before. In the app and the B2B panel — up to 3:00 at night on the delivery day.

STEP 02

Confirmation and invoice

If the goods are in stock, we issue the invoice (KSeF). You see everything in the app and choose how to pay: transfer, prepayment, on the spot or cash to the driver.

STEP 03

Your delivery day and route

Kraków — 6 days a week; other towns on fixed days, e.g. Tarnów Tue · Fri. The warehouse manager plans the route in the morning — if you need the goods earlier, tell us.

STEP 04

Van on the road

The driver leaves the depot in the morning with many stops on the route — delivery may come before noon or as late as the afternoon.

STEP 05

Take delivery

The driver carries a card terminal: pay by card or cash and sign for the delivery. The paperwork waits for you in KSeF and in the panel.

We do not promise an exact delivery time — the driver has many stops on the route. If you need the goods earlier, say so with your order and the warehouse manager will take it into account when planning the route.

By what time can I place an order?

By 16:00 on the day before your town’s route day. In the B2B panel — as late as 3:00 in the morning on the delivery day itself.

What is the minimum order?

750 PLN net in Kraków and the surrounding area. Outside Kraków the rep for your region sets the terms, depending on the route day.

Is there a set delivery time?

No. The driver has many stops on the route, so we give a day, not an hour. If you need the goods earlier, say so with your order — the warehouse manager takes it into account when planning the route.
