Ingredients and working with the cone
For venues selling premium kebab — slices with visible meat fibre. The cone is lean (4.2 g fat per 100 g), so it needs even grilling. We say more about the difference between craft and minced cones on our craft meat page. The manufacturer notes: do not leave a raw doner cone on the doner grill and do not cook it the next day.
