Foodservice wholesaler in Kraków
Foodservice supply — everything your venue needs from one wholesaler
Supplying a venue is not one delivery of meat. It is meat, bread, sauces, fresh produce, french fries, oil, takeaway packaging, gloves and bin bags — plus the knife that broke on Friday night. Most doner shops buy all that from four or five suppliers, each with its own minimum, its own delivery day and its own invoice.
Foodsan brings all of it in one van, on one invoice. We are a wholesaler from Kraków: 525 products in 18 categories, our own transport to 101 towns, a fixed route day for every venue.
What supplying a venue covers
All productsMeat and frozen food
HALAL-certified doner spits from 10 to 40 kg, breaded meat, burgers, frozen vegetables and desserts.
Bread and dairy
Tortilla, pita, lavash, Turkish bread, burger buns; cooking yoghurts, cheeses, ayran.
Sauces, spices and condiments
Sauces in buckets and sachets, mayonnaise and ketchup, doner and gyros blends, pastes, olives, preserved peppers.
Fresh, dry goods and drinks
Tomatoes, lettuce, onion and cabbage in catering packs, flour, rice and bulgur, nectars, water, Turkish coffee.
French fries and fats
Cuts for every fryer — straight, crinkle, coated — plus oils and frying fat in canisters and buckets.
Packaging, cleaning supplies and equipment
Doner boxes, bags and foils, packaging made of pulp and paper, napkins, gloves, cleaning products, grills, knives and parts for them.
You do not have to take everything. The logistics minimum counts on the whole order, not separately per category — it can be made up of meat and packaging, or of cleaning supplies alone.
Supply matched to the type of venue
How to start working with usSupplying a doner shop
HALAL spits matched to the machine and to daily sales, tortilla and pita, sauces in sachets and buckets, fresh produce, doner boxes. Plus electric knives and spare parts — in the same delivery as the meat.
Doner meatSupplying a fast food outlet or food truck
Small batches, frequent deliveries. French fries in the cut your fryer takes, burgers, breaded items, takeaway packaging and cleaning supplies in one run — because a food truck has nowhere to keep a month of stock.
French friesSupplying a restaurant or hotel
Standing orders from the whole range: dairy, frozen food, oils, dry goods, drinks, cleaning supplies and napkins. One invoice a month instead of a dozen, with deferred payment terms once the cooperation is steady.
Frozen foodSupplying a pizzeria or bar
Cheeses, frozen food, oils and frying fat, sauces, pizza boxes and takeaway packaging. Boxes and bowls are matched to what the venue actually serves — every item lists its capacity and dimensions.
PackagingWhat supply with Foodsan looks like
It starts with a call to the sales rep for your region — he asks about the type of venue, its size and what you buy today. On that basis you get a quote for your own items within one working day, not a general price list for 525 products.
After that it is routine: order by 16:00, goods on the next route day, one invoice for everything. The logistics minimum in Kraków and the surrounding area is 750 PLN net — counted on the whole order, from any categories. You can also collect it yourself from the warehouse at Christo Botewa 4A.
One account manager instead of a call centre
Every region has its own sales rep, and that is the number you call when you run out of sauce on a Wednesday morning. No call centre, no ticket system and no explaining what kind of venue you run every single time.
We speak Polish, English and Turkish — most of our customers run doner shops, and those are simply the languages of this trade.
Foodservice supply beyond Kraków
Delivery scheduleOur own vans run six days a week across Małopolska, Silesia, Podkarpacie, the Kielce region and Podhale — 101 towns in all, each with a fixed route day. Silesia and western Małopolska usually take two vans.
Every town has its delivery day on the site, so you know in advance by when to place the order. We also run to Slovakia and Czechia, and we serve Lublin as needed, arranged with the sales rep.
Common questions about foodservice supply
What does foodservice supply at Foodsan cover?
The full range a venue needs: doner meat HALAL, frozen food, bread and tortilla, dairy, sauces, spices, fresh produce, french fries, oils, drinks, dry goods, packaging, cleaning supplies and equipment together with spare parts. 525 products in 18 categories, in one delivery and on one invoice.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. We sell B2B only, on a VAT invoice to businesses — catering venues, shops and wholesalers. We do not sell retail.
What is the minimum order?
In Kraków and the surrounding area 750 PLN net, counted on the whole order. It can be made up from any categories — meat, packaging and cleaning supplies add up to one minimum, not to three separate ones.
How quickly can we start?
Usually two or three working days from the first call to the first delivery. We price your list within one working day, and we suggest making the first order on what you buy elsewhere today — it is easier to compare goods and price that way.
Do you supply venues outside Kraków?
Yes, with our own vans to 101 towns across Małopolska, Silesia, Podkarpacie, the Kielce region and Podhale. Every town has a fixed route day — the delivery schedule shows when we come to you.
