Sweet: walnut baklava 900 g and pistachio 1100 g, kadayıf 1200 g, künefe with syrup, raspberry and lemon cheesecake 1800 g, trileçe and Bella Vista Mono Cake. Savoury: gözleme with cheese, potato and spinach, and börek with cheese and with spinach, 800 g each. Most are served after thawing, with no baking — which is the point here, because a small kitchen rarely has a free oven at peak time.
