Disposable gloves for foodservice

Nitrile is for places where a glove stays on the hand all shift: no latex allergy, no splitting on a fingernail and it stands up to fat. HDPE polythene is the short-contact version — on and off for a single task, and many times cheaper. Most kebab shops take both: nitrile at the meat station, polythene for packing and salads.
